Therefore, the pronator must carefully choose the footwear he uses, especially high-performance athletes, since the appropriate footwear can help cushion the impact of the tread and thus improve the athlete’s performance while future injuries are avoided.

Thus, supination is a turning or rotation movement carried out by certain bones of the human body such as the forearm, which causes the movement of the hand from the inside out. However, the most common use refers to the movement of the foot during the displacement.
In supination, the foot performs a kind of very subtle outward turn, where the tread in normal supination does not usually cause discomfort or injury and does not require corrections either, but if the supination is excessive, knee, ankle, hip and back problems can be generated. Therefore, the person with excessive supination usually requires correction through special templates.
