Difference between myopia and hyperopia

Main difference

The main difference between myopia and hyperopia is that myopia is an eye condition in which a person cannot see things in the distance, also known as myopia. Whereas in the case of the farsightedness condition, a person cannot see the near objects, also known as farsightedness.
