Difference between Cereals and Legumes

Cereals and legumes are two different types of food. It is worth mentioning that, in some Latin American countries, the term legumes is synonymous with vegetables or vegetables. However, this time we will talk about legumes and cereals. Both have been the basis of different civilizations and cultures, for example, rice, wheat and corn. They are often confused with each other, however, they are very different.
