Difference between Breakfast and Lunch

Each country has different perceptions and customs regarding what is breakfast and lunch. Although both are foods eaten before noon, the two are different. In fact, it is worth mentioning that each person eats their food differently, so this article addresses these issues in a rather general way.

What is it? It is the first meal of the day. It is usually made up of light foods and is taken before anything else. Breakfast involves very little preparation and somewhat limited quantities. By definition, lunch is the first meal of the day. Unlike a typical breakfast, lunch involves more elaborate dishes. It is, so to speak, a meal eaten at noon.
What time is it taken? It is considered breakfast if consumed before 11 am. On the other hand, if it is eaten between noon and two in the afternoon, it is lunch. These hours may vary depending on each country.
