Difference between Almond and Hazelnut

Almonds and hazelnuts are nuts of different types. Both, along with walnuts, are prized for their nutritional values. Both almonds and hazelnuts are rich in fat and protein. In addition, they provide vitamins, calcium, antioxidants and help reduce cholesterol levels in the blood.
